Bought the Wanderer Kit and something isn't right? No problem. You have 30 days from your purchase date to return your item for a full refund.

How it works

• Email us at support@poker-nomad.com within 30 days of your purchase date
• We'll reply with return instructions
• Once we receive the item back in original condition and packaging, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method
• Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer

Return conditions

• Item must be returned in original, undamaged condition with original packaging
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase - we can't process refunds after that window
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Items damaged from misuse or unreasonable handling won't be accepted
